Jyoti Bikas Bank (JBBL) has announced dividend of the last FY.
The board of directors meeting of the bank held on January 6 decided to propose 3 percent stock and 3.8 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
The stock market which remained close from September 9 due to Gen Z movement is set to open on September 17.
