The board of directors meeting of the company held on January 12 decided to propose the dividend.
The company has proposed of distributing 10 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividends to its shareholders.
However, Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has suspended its trading citing the declaration of dividends during a trading period.
