The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 16 percent stock and 0.8421 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition, amend article and memorandum of association and appoint and auditor.
In this regard, the company will close its book on January 31, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till January 30 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
