On the day, NEPSE listed 262,258,613.57 units of shares of Kumari Bank, the joint entity of former Kumari Bank and Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank.
NEPSE has given an opening range of Rs 189.56 for the first transaction of the joint entity.
Similarly, NEPSE has also listed 20 million unit shares of Sanima GIC Insurance Company (SGIC), the joint entity of Sanima General Insurance and General Insurance Company.
NEPSE has given an opening range of Rs 367.50 for the first transaction of the joint entity.
