The company is issuing 120 million mutual fund units worth Rs 1.20 billion at a face value of Rs 10.
Out of the total offered units, the company has secured 18 million or a minimum of 15 percent of total sales for scheme promoter Sunrise Bank.
The company is issuing a minimum of 102 million to the public. The issue will close early on January 27 and lately on February 7. The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 100 and maximum of 12 million mutual fund units.
Sunrise Focused Equity Fund is a close ended mutual fund scheme. The total size of the scheme is 1.20 billion. Under the issue, at least 60 million mutual fund units are required to be sold. If it fails, then the capital will refund the application amount within 15 days, says Sunrise Capital. The mutal fund will mature in 10 years.
The issue is being managed by Sunrise Capital. The investors can apply from all ASBA approved BFIs.
Care Ratings Nepal has assigned A- rating to the issue indicating adequate security.
