NEPSE Lists Shares of SuryaJyoti Life Insurance; What is the Opening Range?

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has listed shares of SuryaJyoti Life Insurance on January 24 after the merger of the former Surya Life Insurance and Jyoti Life Insurance.

The stock exchange listed 44,555,721 units of shares of the company on January 24.

Surya Life and Jyoti Life Insurance signed merger with a swap ratio of 1:08245.

NEPSE has given an opening range of Rs 371.79 for the first transaction.

NEPSE has assigned (SJLIC) code to the company.
