The meeting will endorse financial reports, balance sheet and profit and loss account of FY 2077/78, 2078/79.
The meeting will also elect 2 directors from ordinary shareholders and appoint independent directors.
The company is closing its book on February 2, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till February 1 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
