The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 7.5 percent stock and 0.3947 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The meeting will also approve a proposal of issuing 1:0.40 right shares of its paid-up capital maintained after bonus share distribution.
In this regard, the company will close its book on February 16, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till February 15 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
