The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 19 percent stock and 1 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The meeting will also approve a proposal of increasing authorized, issued and paid-up capital and elect two directors from promoter and ordinary shareholders each.
In this regard, the company will close its book on February 14, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till February 13 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
