The company is closing its book on February 3 for its upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till February 2 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The finance company is conducting its 21st AGM on February 10 in Guheshwori Bhawan, Harihar Bhawan, Kathmandu at 10 AM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 6.50 percent stock and 0.34 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners, elect three promoter, two ordinary and one independent director.
