Aadarsha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced dividend of the last FY.
The board of directors meeting of the company held on February 1 decided to propose 20 percent stock and 1.05 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subject to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
Salapa Bikas Bank has allotted recently issued initial public offering (IPO) to the general public on January 9.
