The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 20 percent stock dividend to its shareholders.
The meeting will also delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners.
In this regard, the company will close its book on February 14, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till February 13 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
