Reliance Life si conducting its AGM in Lisara Reception, Naxal, Kathmandu while Sanima Life is conducting its AGM in Kundalini Durbar Banquet, Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu.
The meeting will approve a merger proposal of Reliance Life with Sanima Life Insurance. The joint entity will rebranded as Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Company.
The meeting will also approve a swap ratio of 1:1 for the merger.
The companies are closing their books on February 12 for the AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in their books till February 11 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
