The company issued 34 percent ordinary shares of its issued capital worth Rs 1 billion to the public from January 27-31. Out of the total offered units, the company issued 1 million units to locals of the affected area and 240,000 unit to foreign migrated workers of Nepal. Similarly, it allotted 120.000 units to mutual funds and 48,000 to employees. The general public could apply for the remaining 1,992,000 units of shares.
In the issue, a total of 1,435,313 applicants have applied for 16,306,760 units of shaers. Out of the total applied units, 1,278,688 applications have been cancelled. Out of approved applications, 199,200 applications have been provided 10 units of shares through lottery.
