Unilever Pens 77% Growth in Net Profit

Unilever Nepal (UNL) has published its second quarter report of the current FY. As per the report, its net profit has increased by 77.42 percent during the period.

During the period, the company earned Rs 552.5 million in net profit. The net profit increased by 77.42 percent compared to Rs 311.4 million of the previous FY.

During the period, its operating income increased by 31.85 percent and other income by 39.88 percent. Similarly, its totoal income increased by 32 percent and total expenses increased by 20.99 percent.

Along with its net profit its EPS increased to Rs 1,199.78. The company logged net worth per share of Rs 3,722 and P/E ratio of 15.12 times.

The company with Rs 92.1 million in paid-up capital has reserve fund of Rs 3.33 billion.
