In the meeting, the ordinary shareholders of the company objected to the appointment of directors.
The shareholders reacted violently when the meeting tried to approve the already selected director to the board. The ordinary shareholders demanded to conduct an election for the director’s post.
The meeting was supposed to approve Suresh Raj Joshi as Chairman of Taragaun Bikas Samiti on behalf of ‘A’ listed shareholders, reappointed of Arun Kumar Shraf, Suresh Lal Joshi and Devesh Shraf as ‘B’ listed shareholders and reappointment of Sriwasta Shamsher Jabara and Manoj Kumar Rajbhandari as independent directors.
The company informed that it will reschedule the meeting after discussion.
