Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has suspended the stock trading of Siddhartha Insurance and Premier Insurance on February 28.
NEPSE suspended the trading of the companies following the commencement of joint transactions on March 1.
The companies are starting their joint transaction following their merger. The joint entity is renamed as ‘ Siddhartha Premier Insurance Ltd’.
Himalayan Distillery (HDL) has published its third quarter report of the current FY. As per the report, the company recorded a decline in sales during the review period compared to the corresponding period of the last FY.
