The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 8.534 percent stock and 0.449 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
In this regard, the bank is closing its book on March 12, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 11 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
