The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 20 percent stock and 1.0526 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition and amend its article and memorandum of association, appoint and auditor and appoint a director.
In this regard, the company is closing its book on March 17, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 16 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
