The microfinance company which had previously announced of distributing 37.3684 percent stock and 9.3684 percent cash dividend to its shareholders has now proposed of distributing 26 percent stock and 7.15 percent cash dividend.
The proposed dividend is subject to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
As per the company, the amendment is done as per the circular issued by NRB regarding dividend of microfinance companies.
