The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 3.325 percent stock and Rs 2.07 million cash dividend for tax purposes to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association, approve appointment of two directors for remaining tenure and appoint an auditor.
In this regard, the company is closing its book on March 17, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 16 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
