The board of directors meeting of the company held on March 13 decided to propose 10.526 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting also decided to conduct 18th AGM in Aavya Club, Gharipatan, Pokhara on April 3 at 11 am.
In this regard, the company will close its book on March 27, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 26 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
