The honoring event was organized by the Birgunj Chamber of Commerce and Industry on the occasion of its 47th General Assembly.
Isusing a press statement, the company informed that the event, organized by the Birgunj Chamber of Commerce and Industry, celebrated notable individuals who made significant contributions via their top-notch work in a variety of professions in Nepal. They honored the digital wallet ‘Khalti’ who were set on accomplishing something from their own country.

On behalf of Khalti, Co-founder Amit Agarwal was present in the event to accept this honor. While receiving the honor, he also reflected his attachment to his birthplace, Birganj. Meanwhile, he also thanked all the Khalti users, partners, traders/agents, regulators, on Khalti team, and other stakeholders who have contributed and assisted Khalti to reach this point today.
