Manushi Laghubitta headquartered at Banepa, Kavre and Shrijanshil Laghubitta headquartered at Golbazar, Siraha signed merger agreement on March 17 amid a program.
Padmashana Shakya, Chairman of Manushi Laghubitta and Raj Kumar Shrestha, Chairman of Shrijanshil Laghubitta signed the merger agreement.
As per the company, the swap ratio for merger will be decided after DDA report.
Both companies have already issued IPO.
The joint entity will be renamed as ‘Manushi Shrijanshil Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha’.
