The company had allocated 39 percent of its issue capital worth Rs 1.12 billion i.e. 4,368,000 units of shares amounting to Rs 436.8 million to the general public. Out of the total allocated units, the company issued and allotted 436,800 to foreign migrated workers, 218,400 to mutual funds and 131,040 units to employees. The general public can apply for the remaining 3,581,760 units of shares.
Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 and maximum of 10,000 units of shares. The issue will close early on March 26 and lately on April 6.
ICRA Nepal has assigned BBB- rating to the issue indicating moderate risks.
The company is operating 9.6 MW Supermai A Hydropower Project with total cost of Rs 1.90 billion and per MW cost of Rs 197.4 million. The payback period of the project is 9.04 years and discounted payback period is 19.40 years. Its license will end on 30.7 years.
The company has appointed Prabhu Capital as its issue manager. The investors can apply for all C-ASBA approved BFIs.
