Initially, the company proposed of distributing 38.5 percent stock dividend which it revised to 34.45 percent stock dividend.
Now, the company has proposed of distributing 15 percent bonus share to its shareholders.
As per the company, it made the amendment due to NRB direction.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from its upcoming AGM.
