The company is issuing 1,088,107 units of shares which is 20 percent of issued capital worth Rs 544 million.
Out of the total offered units, the company has already allocated 108,811 units of shares to foreign-migrated workers and 71,916 units to mutual funds. The general public can apply for the remaining 1,346,993 units of shares.
The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 to maximum of 30,000 units of shares. The issue will close early on April 10 and lately on April 20.

The company is developing 3.75 MW Dwari Khola Hydropower Project with an estimated cost of Rs 731.9 million and per MW cost of Rs 195.1 million.
The payback period of the project is 8.24 years and discounted payback period is 20.41 years. The license of the project will end after 25 years.
The company has appointed NIC Asia Capital. The applicants can apply from all C-ASBA approved BFIs and meroshare.
