NEPSE Adjusts Stock Price of Two  Microfinance Companies

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the stock price of two microfinance companies including Jivan Bikas Laghubitta and NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha on March 31 after their book close for upcoming AGM.

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the stock price of two microfinance companies including Jivan Bikas Laghubitta and NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha on March 31 after their book close for upcoming AGM.

NEPSE adjusted the stock price of Jivan Bikas Laghubitta at Rs 1,370.26 after adjusting 14.285 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 1,566 on March 30.

NEPSE adjusted the stock price of NMB Laghubitta at Rs 509.09after adjusting 10 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 560 on March 30.

Jivan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (JBLB) is conducting its 3rd AGM on April 13 in its head office at Katahari Morang, Makwanpur at 10:30 AM.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing now amended 14.285 percent stock and 0.714 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.

Previously, the company had announced of distributing 26 percent stock and cash dividend of 7.15 percent.

The meeting will also delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners and increase its authorized and issued capital, and appoint an auditor.

Similarly, NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is conducting its 10th AGM on April 28 in City Square, Newroad, Pokhara at 12.30 noon.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent stock and 0.5263 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.

Moreover, the meeting will approve proposal of amending its headquarter address, delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition and amend article and memorandum of association, elect a director from promoter shareholders and appoint and auditor.
