Kumar Bahadur Khatri, CEO of Ajod Insurance informed Merolagani.com about the signing of the final agreement.
As per the agreement, the companies have agreed upon the swap ratio of 100:82.50. moreover, the joint entity of the companies will be rebranded as United Ajod Insurance.
Initially, Ajod Insurance had signed merger agreement with Prabhu Insurance which broke mid-way. After that, the company found its merger partner in United Insurance.
