The debenture will yield 11 percent interest per annum paid semi-annually.
The bank is issuing 1 million units of debenture having a face value of Rs 1,000. Out of the total offered units, the bank will privately finance 0.6 million units while the remaining 0.4 million units will be issued to the general public. The bank has also allocated 20,000 units to mutual funds.
Interested investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units while there is no maximum limit.
The bank has appointed NIC Asia Capital as issue manager.
The investors can apply from all ASBA approved BFIs and meroshare.
ICRA Nepal has assigned BB rating to the issue indicating moderate risk.
