Asha Laghubitta is set to acquire Rastra Utthan Laghubitta.
Both companies signed merger/acquisition on April 12.
Asha Laghubitta, registered in Madarpur, Nuwakot and Rastra Utthan Laghubitta registered in Sanga, Banepa, Kavre signed a preliminary acquisition agreement on the day.
The gold and silver price have declined on May 24.
