The company is issuing 44.9922 percent ordinary shares of its issued capital worth Rs 967.5 million. Accordingly, it will issue 4,353,000 units of ordinary shares worth Rs 435.3 million at a face value of Rs 100. Out of the total offered units, the company is isusing 4 percent i.e.l 174,120 units to employees and 5 percent i.e. 217,650 units to mutual funds. Similarly, it will issue 435,300 units to foreign migrated workers and the remaining 3,525,930 units to general public.
The issue will open for foreign migrated workers on May 14 and closes on May 28. Meanwhile, the issue will open for the general public on June 9 to June 13. However, the deadline will be extended till June 23 if the issue goes undersubscribed.
The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 and maximum of 500 units of shares.
Informatics Credit Rating Nepal has assigned B+ rating to the issue indicating huge risks.
The company has appointed Mega Capital as issue manager. The investors can apply from C-ASBA approved BFIs and meroshare.
