In this regard, the bank has appointed Prabhu Capital as issue manager.
The agreement was signed by Mahesh Sharma Dhakal, Senior Deputy CEO of Nepal Investment Mega Bank and Ashish Gauchan, CEO of Prabhu Capital.
The bank is planning to issue 4,040,000 units of debenture amounting to Rs 4.04 bilion having a face value of Rs 1,000. The debenture will yield 10 percent interest per annum and mature in 10 years period.
