All three companies will start their joint transaction with the name ‘Himalayan Life Insurance’ after the merger. The merger is approved by Nepal Insurance Authority on April 26, by SEBON on May 2 and by the Company Registrar Office on May 3.
The companies are closing their operation on May 6-8 for data migration.
Moreover, the stock trading of the companies will be suspended from May 9 for share settlement, re-registration, dematerialization of securities and listing.
