The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 8 percent stock and 6.5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will appoint an auditor and approve financial reports of the last FY.
In this regard, the company will close its book on May 25, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till May 24 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
