Issuing a notice on Wednesday, May 17, the Department of Transportation brought down the public transportation fares by a maximum of 3.20 percent.
Similarly, the DoT brought down public transportation fares by 4.19 percent for good carriers in hilly areas and 4.65 percent for good carriers in the Tarai areas.
