The company is issuing 10 percent shares of its issued capital which is 121,868 units of shares worth Rs 12.1 million to the locals of affected area. Locals of affected areas from ward no 9 of Kalinchowk Rural Municipality and ward no 1 of Bhimeshwor Rural Municipality of Dolakha District can apply for the shares.
Moreover, the company is issuing 10 percent shares of the general public quota which is 12,186 units worth Rs 1.2 million to government registered foreign migrated workers of Nepal.
Interested ivnestors can apply for a minimum of 10 and maximum of 1,000 units of shares.
The issue will close on June 16. However, the company can extended the deadline till July 2 for locals of affected area if the issue goes undersubscribed.
ICRA Nepal has assigned BBB- rating to the issue indicating moderate risks.
The company is developing 998 KW Suspa Bukhari KHola Small Hydropower Project in ward no 8 of Bhimeshwor Municipality of Dolakha District. The total estimated cost of the project is Rs 247.5 million and per MW estimated cost is Rs 248 million.
The payback period of the project is 9.37 years and discounted payback period is 20.10 years.
The company has appointed NMB Capital as issue manager. Locals of affected area can appy from designated branches of Laxmi Bank, Citizen Bank International, Nepal Investment Mega Bank and Siddahrtha Bank by paying Rs 2 per form.
Meanwhile, the foreign migrated workers can apply from all C-ASBA approved BFIs and Meroshare.
