The company is closing its book on May 25 for its upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till May 24 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting its 35th AGM in its headoffice, Lazimpat on June 5 at 10:30 AM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 8 percent stock and 6.5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will appoint an auditor and approve financial reports of the last FY.
