The meeting will approve a swap ratio proposed by DDA report for merger with Laxmi Bank, delegate authority to BOD to conduct all merger related tasks and appoint an auditor.
In this regard, the bank will close its book on June 6, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till June 5 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
