SEBON Grants Final Merger Approval to Ajod and United Insurance

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted final approval to Ajod and United Insurance for the merger on May 24.

The board approved the merger under Guidelines on Merger and Acquisition of Securities Listed Companies, 2079.

Ajod Insurance and United Insurance signed merger agreement on January 11. The companies have agreed upon rebranding the joint entity as “United Ajod Insurance” after merger.
