The companies are starting the joint transaction in the name of “Deprosc Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha’ Deprosc Laghubitta.
Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) approved the acquisition on May 17.
Both companies approved the acquisition from their respective AGM held on March 14.
The companies agreed on swap ratio of 1:1. The joint entity will have paid-up capital of Rs 1.55 billion.
Following the acquisition, the head office of Deprosc Laghubitta will be remained at ward no 10, Bharatpur Metropolitan, Chitwan.
