The bank is conducting its SGM on June 18 in Agrawal Bhawan, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu at 11 AM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of merger with Sunrise Bank with a swap ratio of 1:1.
Moreover, the meeting will also delegate authority to BOD to conclude all tasks related to the merger.
In this regard, the bank is closing its book on June 9 thus, the shareholders registered in its book till June 8 will be eligible to attend the SGM.
