Securieits Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved merger of Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha and BPW Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha.
Both companies sought SEBON approval on May 17.
Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) approved the merger on May 17.
Samudayik Laghubitta, headquartered at Kavre Banepa-14 and BPW Laghubitta, signed MoU regarding merger on December 16.
The gold price has continued to fall while the silver price has increased on March 24.
