Himalayan Life Insurance Appoints Prabhu Capital as Share Registrar

Himalayan Life Insurance has appointed Prabhu Capital as Share Registrar.

On May 31, an agreement was signed regarding the same. The agreement was signed by Manoj Kumar Lal karna, CEO of Himalayan Life and Ashish Gauchan, CEO of Prabhu Capital.

Himalayan Life is the joint entity of former Union Life Insurance, Prime Life Insurance and Gurans Life Insurance. The company started joint transaction on May 9.

NEPSE publishes list of 123 companies eligible for margin trading

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has published a new list of listed companies eligible for margin trading. According to the chapter 3 (8)1 of the Margin Transaction Facility Procedure, 2082, NEPSE has qualified 123 companies for trading.
