Nepal Reinsurance Company Logs Plain Growth

Nepal Reinsurance Company has published the second  quarter report of the current FY.

In the review period, the company earned 292.4 million including Rs 465.4 million from non-life insurance and loss of Rs 172 million from life insurance.

The net profit increased by merely 0.35 percent compared to the corresponding period of the last FY.

Similarly, the company earned Rs 2.80 billion net insurance premium including Rs 1.79 billion from non—life insurance and Rs 1.84  billion from life insurance.

Similarly, the company earned Rs 263.2 million from investment, loans and other income. During the period, the company paid Rs 2.91 billion in total claim payment and has outstanding claim payment of Rs 1.38 billion. In the review period, it earned total premium of Rs 3.10 billion.

The company with Rs 11.65 billion in paid-up capital has reserve fund of Rs 6.17 billion and insurance fund of Rs 254.6 million.

The company logged EPS of Rs 2.51, net worth per share of Rs 174.64 and P/E ratio of 333.01 times.
