Barun Hydropower is set to issue 100 percent right shares to its existing shareholders.
The board of directors meeting of the company held on June 27 decided to issue 1:1 right share.
Following the proposal, the company will submit a right proposal to Electricity Regulatory Commission.
The gold and silver price have increased on November 2.
