NEPSE adjusted the stock price at Rs 217.75 after adjusting 100 percent right shares. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 335.50 on July 9.
Arun Kabeli Power is issuing 1:1 right shares of its paid-up capital worth Rs 1.85 billion. Accordingly, it will issue 18,552,105 units of shares. After the right issue, its paid-up capital will reach Rs 3.71 billion.
The company is operating 25 MW Kabeli B 1 Hydropower Project in Kabeli River situated between Panchthar and Taplejung District.
The company has appointed Nabil Investment Banking as issue manager.
