The meeting will approve proposal of maintaining 65:35 ratio of promoter and ordinary shareholders, amend article and memorandum of association, endorse BOD appointed directors and appoint and auditor.
In this regard, the company will close its book on July 25, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till July 24 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
