The meeting will approve a proposal of issuing 10:6.6 right shares of its paid-up capital of Rs 1.45 billion to its existing shareholders. Moreover, it will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association.
In this regard, the company is clsoign its book on July 24, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till July 23 will be eligible to attend the SGM.
