The company issued 101,151 units of ordinary shares from July 11-14. In the issue a total of 1,048,468 applicants have applied for 11,135,430 units of shares. Out of the total applciations, 1,163 applications were cancelled while 1,047,305 applications were approved.
Given that the issue has been oversubscribed, the allotment took place as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Guidelines under which 10 units of shares will be issued. Based on this, 10,115 applicants were provided 10 units of shares. One lucky applicant also provided one extra unit of share.
